How do I book a tour or travel package?

All bookings are handled via WhatsApp. Once you select a package, you’ll receive booking instructions and payment details. Your booking is confirmed only after payment proof is shared.

How does T-shirt ordering work?

All custom T-shirt orders require a down payment of KES 700. This covers printing and base T-shirt costs. The remaining balance is paid on collection or delivery. Production starts only after payment confirmation.

Can I pay the full amount upfront for a T-shirt?

Yes. Full payment is accepted and may result in faster processing.

When will my T-shirt be ready?

Timelines depend on design approval, printing queue, and delivery or collection location. Updates are shared via WhatsApp once ready.

Are tour packages refundable?

Most tour packages are non-refundable once booking arrangements have started. Refunds may be considered if no third-party costs (hotels, transport, guides) have been incurred.

What happens if I cancel a tour?

If cancellation occurs before third-party bookings, a partial or full refund may apply. If bookings have already been made, refunds are not guaranteed.

Why do you require payment proof?

Payment proof helps us verify transactions, coordinate with printers and accommodation partners, and avoid booking conflicts or delays.

Are you a registered company?

We are currently operating under temporary compliance arrangements while final business registration and payment infrastructure are being completed.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We only collect information necessary to process bookings, confirm payments, and deliver services. We do not sell or share personal data.

Can I book for a group?

Yes. Group bookings are welcome. Terms may vary depending on group size and destination. Contact us via WhatsApp for custom arrangements.
