Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued by Sirwintersparta. By making any payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

• Sirwintersparta operates on a commitment-based payment system.
• Refunds are limited and only considered under specific circumstances.
• All payments are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking or purchase.

2. Tour Packages & Travel Services

• All booking deposits for tours and travel packages are non-refundable.
• Deposits are used to secure logistics, reservations, and coordination costs.
• If a customer cancels after making a deposit, no refund will be issued.
• If full payment has been made, refunds—if any—will be considered only at management discretion.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to complete payment on time.
• Once third-party services are confirmed, Sirwintersparta is not responsible for supplier refunds.

3. T-Shirt Prints & Merchandise

• A non-refundable deposit of KSh 700 is required for all T-shirt orders.
• All merchandise is produced on order.
• Once printing or production begins, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed.
• Customers are responsible for confirming size, color, and design details before payment.
• Minor variations in color or print appearance do not qualify for refunds.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where a service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations or cancellations initiated by Sirwintersparta. Any approved refund will be processed after verification.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

• Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future services.

6. Temporary Payment Notice

Payments are currently received through a temporary payment arrangement while official business banking and PayBill details are being finalized. All transactions remain governed by agreed terms and applicable Kenyan consumer protection laws.
