Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and interactions with Sirwintersparta. By making any payment or booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Tour Packages & Travel Services

• A booking deposit is required to reserve any tour or travel package.
• All booking deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposit amounts vary depending on the package and will be communicated at booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the travel date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.
• Prices may change due to fuel costs, park fees, accommodation rates, or supplier adjustments.

2. T-Shirt Prints & Merchandise

• T-shirt prices start from KSh 1,500.
• A non-refundable deposit of KSh 700 is required to confirm any order.
• Printing or production begins only after the deposit is received.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of collection or before delivery.
• Orders not completed within the agreed timeframe may be cancelled or released without refund of the deposit.
• Customers are responsible for confirming correct size, color, and design details before payment.

3. Payment Method

• Payments are currently accepted via Lipa na M-Pesa.

• Name appearing during payment: Ibrahim Yusuf
• This payment method is temporary while official business banking and PayBill details are being finalized.
• Customers must provide proof of payment after sending funds.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• All booking deposits for tours are non-refundable.
• T-shirt deposits are non-refundable once paid.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to complete payment.
• Refunds, if any, are considered only under exceptional circumstances and at management discretion.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

• Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future services.

6. Compliance & Operational Notice

Sirwintersparta operates as a travel coordination and creative brand. Payments are temporarily received through an individual account while formal business registration, banking, and official payment channels are being finalized. Where applicable, services may be facilitated through partnered providers. All transactions are governed by agreed terms and applicable Kenyan consumer protection laws.
